Processing Time
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation via EFT.

Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability, location, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control:
- Local (South Africa): 4-5 business days
- International: 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet, secure packaging designed to protect the integrity of the contents.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking information, emailed directly to you once your order has been processed.

International Orders
We cannot be held responsible for any import duties, excise, or customs fees payable by you if shipping to a country other than South Africa. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages
